Abhimanyu

Resident Physiotherapist

Work Experience

Abhimanyu is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in kinesiology and diverse clinical experience across hospital, outpatient, and community care settings. He holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.

During his training, Abhimanyu gained broad clinical experience in acute care, rehabilitation, and community environments. He has worked with a wide variety of patients—including post-operative, neurological, sports-related, geriatric, and complex care cases—developing a comprehensive and adaptable approach to physiotherapy across different populations and needs.

Abhimanyu’s approach emphasizes evidence-based, personalized care. He integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to promote recovery, function, and long-term independence. He is passionate about helping people return to the activities and lifestyle that matter most to them—rather than feeling limited by injury or condition—by equipping them with confidence, knowledge, and practical tools. Drawing on diverse clinical and on-field therapy experience, he enjoys guiding patients through clear, engaging education on rehabilitation, prevention, and performance so they feel empowered every step of the way.

Outside of the clinic, Abhimanyu enjoys basketball, hiking, and has recently taken up golf—though he admits his swing is still a work in progress.
