Work Experience
Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with over three years of clinical experience delivering patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and graduated in 2021, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Health, Wellness, and Fitness from Mohawk College in Hamilton in 2023.
Sarah has extensive experience working with a wide range of patient populations, including post-operative cases, motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, neurological conditions, geriatric and pediatric patients, as well as concussion management. This broad exposure has allowed her to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based, and individualized approach to treatment.
She is deeply committed to helping her patients regain function and return to their daily activities as safely and efficiently as possible through a collaborative, empathetic, and goal-oriented care model.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active by playing pickleball, going to the gym, taking long walks with her dog, and spending quality time with friends and family.
